Save Time with Partner Searches in Family Tree

On the right side of any Person page in Family Tree, you may have noticed that there’s is a section called Search Records which contains several logos:

These logos do more than just link to their respective sites. When you click a logo for a site, Family Tree actually does a search on that site using the information from the page you’re on!

So, for example, if you click the FamilySearch logo from the page above, Family Tree runs a search in FamilySearch Historical Records for Eliza Ann Speed, using the dates, places, and relationships from her Person page.

That means you don’t have to type everything in—just click the logo to search.

Using the partner search is a great way to find historical records about someone. In addition, those records may have information about other family members. Give it a try today and see what you find!
