We have added a few new links on the Home page of The Family History Guide. You can find them in the text box that says, “Your free learning, research, training, & activities center for family history.” These

Links (in green) have been added for the following words:

  • Learning—this opens the Learning System page, also found in the Intro menu.

  • Training—this opens the Trainers Home page, also found in the Trainers menu.

We have also added a byline near the bottom of the Home page about our Diamond-Level Sponsorship of the National Genealogical Society.

New Landing Pages

The Intro to Research page is the first entry in the Countries menu. The purpose is to point to the research Projects (Project 4 in FamilySearch, Ancestry, MyHeritage, and Findmypast) and explain how the set the foundation for research in countries and locations around the world.

The Activities Home page, at the top of the Activities menu, is a collector page for family history activities on the site. It also has an overview video that introduces the value of activities in involving people in family history.
