Funding Options for The Family History Guide

The Family History Guide is different from most family history sites, in that it contains no paid advertising and has no fees. It’s funded by donations to The Family History Guide Association, a charitable non-profit organization. What you may not realize is that there are many different ways to contribute to our cause. We’ve listed a number of them below so you can get better acquainted with them.

The holiday “Season of Giving” is fast approaching, so if you are aware of someone who might be interested in supporting the great cause of spreading family history throughout the world, feel free to share this article with them. Remember that contributions to The Family History Guide Association are tax-deductible in the U.S.

Fidelity Donor Advised Fund

We are approved by Fidelity as a Donor Advised Fund (DAV). Fidelity offers the the largest donor-advised fund program in the United States, offering creative giving solutions and specialized services. For more information, see https://www.fidelity.com/building-savings/charitable-giving.
