Event Details

• When: Thursday, March 5th – Saturday, March 7th, 2026
• Where: Salt Palace, Salt Lake City, UT

Booth Worker Information

• Shifts: Approximately 3 hours each, with time for a drink/rest.
• Expo Hall Hours:
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 14 years old.
  • Have a working knowledge of The Family History Guide.
• Attire: Volunteers should wear a Family History Guide shirt (please find yours from a past year, if possible). Note: New booth workers will receive a free shirt to wear.
• Training: More details will be provided closer to the event.
• Benefits: Booth workers receive access to the Expo Hall. Note: Registration for classes and other RootsTech events is separate.
