  1. Send an email to info@thefhguide.com no later than midnight (MST) on Feb. 23, 2018, with Free Sketch in the subject line.
  2. In the email message, include your full name. Also, please specify any of the above sketch times you are NOT available for, so we will know not to schedule you for a time you cannot meet.
  3. One or two people may be sketched during any time slot. No backgrounds are included, but you may include a caption of your choice.
  4. Names of winners and their assigned time slots will be announced in a blog post from The Family History Guide on Monday morning, Feb. 26. (Email addresses will NOT be published.)
  5. Appointment times cannot be switched after the announcement is made. If you are unable to make your appointment, please email info@thefhguide.com so we can select another person for that time slot.
  6. Each winner should be present at Booth 203 a few minutes before their designated time. Arriving late means that Johanna will have less time to work on the sketch.

Regardless of whether you win a free sketch, Johanna may be able to do a paid commission sketch for you after RootsTech. You can contact her at RootsTech, or via the email on her Johannamation website (see below).
