Wrapping Up RootsTech 2026
The Family History Guide Association just finished its 10th RootsTech conference, this time as a Bronze Level Sponsor. We had a wonderful team of volunteers helping us at our booth, from Thursday through Saturday. It was great to see many hundreds of guests coming to the booth to see demos of the website. A number of our guests mentioned that learning about The Family History Guide was one of the highlights of their RootsTech experience.
We also had some fun activities for all ages at the booth, such as the cornhole game and the costume try-ons. To play cornhole, guests were asked to share a favorite ancestor memory or family tradition. The costumes included a wide variety of Indiana Jones-style apparel (including a bull whip), where guests posed for photos.
Here’s a brief assortment of photos captured at our RootsTech booth. Enjoy!
