One of the essential ways of doing that is to enable the use of languages on the website. With RootsTech 2021 fast approaching and attendees visiting from over 185 countries, it’s important to provide as much language assistance as we can. We’ve been hard at work doing just that.<\/p>\n
For example, the Select Language button for Google Translate has been added to a number of pages on the site. Now, nearly every page is instantly translatable into 100 languages. Also, we are in the process of converting the Blank Worksheet and the Sample Worksheet from Word to Google Docs and providing some basic translations for them. The translated worksheets should be ready sometime this week.<\/p>\n

YouTube Channel Subtitles<\/strong><\/p>\n Many of the videos on our YouTube Channel have English subtitles. We have added subtitles in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Japanese, and Filipino for the following videos:<\/p>\n To set the language for subtitles, 1) In the bottom-right, click Settings. 2. Click Subtitles\/CC. 3.
