A few weeks ago we also did an online training session for them,\u00a0 to get everyone up to speed on giving demos for The Family History Guide website at RootsTech.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>It occurred to us that the document we used for training, with a few <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6232 alignright\" style=\"border: 1px solid #000; padding: 0px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thefhguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/student-demo-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thefhguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/student-demo-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thefhguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/student-demo.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>modifications, could be helpful for others who give demos of The Family History Guide website, such as at Family History Fairs, genealogy conventions, etc.<\/p>\r\n<p>We call it the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefhguide.com\/The-Demo-Training-Guide.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Demo Training Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Note that the &#8220;30 Things to See&#8221; document on the website has a wider scope of topics, while the Demo Training Guide has more tips and guidelines for the actual demos.<\/p>\r\n<p>We are providing a link to the document below. It&#8217;s in Word format so you can modify it as needed for local use.
