I want my posterity to know, love, and learn from their ancestors. I have found that combining an activity with telling a story often makes all the difference in its long-lasting influence. Grandpa Max was fond of saying that when he and his siblings were naughty and their dad would threaten to spank them all, he would volunteer to be first so that he could laugh at the others. We visited his grave site at\u00a0<a class=\"profileLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Camp-Williams\/136083273089359?ref=gs&amp;fref=gs&amp;dti=408541379516958&amp;hc_location=group\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/page.php?id=136083273089359&amp;extragetparams=%7B%22fref%22%3A%22gs%22%2C%22directed_target_id%22%3A408541379516958%2C%22dti%22%3A408541379516958%2C%22hc_location%22%3A%22group%22%7D\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\">Camp Williams<\/a>\u00a0with some of ou<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">r grandchildren and shared\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">stories about his life, <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thefhguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/20861621_1624324500920264_3914980096829348317_o-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>and the lives of his progenitors. His grandfather (the eleventh ch<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ild of John Ellison and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Sarah Elizabeth\u00a0<span class=\"highlightNode\">Maxfield)<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">was born in a wagon bed at Ham&#8217;s Fork, Wyoming in 1851!
