Partnership Videos: FamilySearch and The Family History Guide

RootsTech this year was a video extravaganza, with hundreds of videos to choose from on a wide variety of family history topics. There were keynote addresses, class sessions, panel discussions, an Expo Hall, and more.

The Family History Guide Association was privileged to work with FamilySearch in producing two special videos that were featured in the Beginner’s learning track at RootsTech Connect 2021. We hope you enjoy the videos! They will be accessible on the RootsTech site for a year, and they will also be available soon on our YouTube Channel.

Ancestors and Homeland Research

This video highlights families and individuals from India, the Pacific Islands, North America, Africa, and Mongolia as they describe the feelings of connection they experienced when they began learning more about their ancestors in their home countries.
